ºìÐÓÊÓƵ and Larned State Correctional Facility (LSCF) honored the achievements of LSCF residents at their annual learning celebration on April 3.
ºìÐÓÊÓƵ’s Dance Department will host a celebration of rhythm, passion, and movement with its “Moving in the Heartland†Dance Festival at 7 p.m. May 2 and 3 in the Fine Arts Auditorium.
ºìÐÓÊÓƵ will host its first-ever Homeschool Opportunities Day from 12 to 4 p.m. May 2, offering homeschool families a chance to explore the many college-level options available to students in grades 9-12.
The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Theatre Department will present an evening of student-directed one-act plays, including “Waterborn†by Edith Freni and “There Shall Be No Bottom†by Mark O’Donnell at 7:30 p.m. April 26 in the Fine Arts Auditorium.

Those wanting to help save lives and be a part of a vital industry can apply for ºìÐÓÊÓƵ’s Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) programs now through July 31.
ºìÐÓÊÓƵ will be closed April 18 and April 21 for Easter break. ºìÐÓÊÓƵ's Center for Adult Education and the Shafer Art Gallery will also be closed. The college's regular class schedule and office hours will resume April 22.
The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Music Department will host its annual Endowment Concert to raise funds for music student scholarships at 7:30 p.m. May 6 in the Fine Arts Auditorium.
ºìÐÓÊÓƵ continues to prioritize student well-being through its mental health services, a commitment which was recently recognized as Director of Counseling Services Jacquelyn “Jakki†Maser received the Kansas Counseling Association’s (KCA) Counselor of the Year award.
