General Financial Aid Forms/Instructions
Verification Forms
Most requests are provided in web-based forms and can be completed and signed online via tablet, phone or computer. ÌýOther documents, such as tax return transcripts, can be uploaded and linked directly within the account the student creates. ÌýStudents will access, complete and submit their web forms via their ÌýPortal. ÌýSimply log-in and go to the Financial Aid card within the portal and select "My Financial Aid". ÌýAny request relating to verification requirements will be found under the "Student Requirements" section on the "Home" screen. Ìý
