ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ will help area high school seniors plan for their futures at Senior Day, starting at 9 a.m. Nov. 8, with a sign-up deadline of Nov. 1.
The ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Board of Trustees approved the timeline for the upcoming presidential search during the board meeting Sept. 26. This follows the retirement announcement from President Dr. Carl Heilman during the College’s Board of Trustees September study session.
ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ has teamed up with the CKP Suicide Prevention Task Force to bring author, actor, and international public speaker Josh Rivedal to the ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ County campus to entertain and educate about the importance of mental health and wellbeing.

The ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Performing Arts Department will host its annual “Autumn Arts†sneak preview concert at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 5 in the Fine Arts Auditorium.

ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ is excited to announce its groundbreaking Music Accompaniment Program, which empowers aspiring musicians to enter the workforce in the music industry after only two years of dedicated study, which will be led by world-renowned pianist and ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Keyboard Instructor Dr. Alejandro Avila.
ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ President Dr. Carl Heilman announced his intent to retire during the College’s Board of Trustees study session Sept. 12. Heilman will retire effective June 30, 2024.
Earlier this month, U.S. Rep. Tracey Mann toured the Ellsworth Correctional Facility (ECF) to learn about ºìÐÓÊÓÆµâ€™s correctional education programming and visit with students.
