ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ in Great Bend, Kan., has named 225 students to the President’s List for the fall 2014 semester.Ìý To qualify for this honor, students must have been enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours and maintained a grade point average of 4.0 on a 4.0 or "A" letter scale.

Two candidates have been identified for the opening of the ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Executive Director of Institutional Advancement, which oversees the ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Foundation.
Lindsey Bogner of Hoisington and Steve Webster of Great Bend will be introduced to the ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ employees and the public at two upcoming forums.
Bogner’s forum is scheduled for 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., Feb. 17.
Webster’s forum is scheduled for 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., Feb. 19.

Filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) can be a daunting task, but ºìÐÓÊÓÆµâ€™s Financial Aid Department will offer students and parents free assistance in making sure the application is filled out correctly.Ìý ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ is participating in a national initiative “College Goal Sunday,†from 2-4 p.m. Feb. 22 in the Learning Resource Center on the ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ County campus.

The ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Performing Arts Department will host “Scholarship Day†auditions on Thursday, Feb. 12.Ìý Current or prospective students may contact the Music Department to set up a time to audition for music or theatre scholarships or performance awards.Ìý Awards are available for performing arts majors and non-performing arts majors alike.
