ΊμΠΣΚΣΖ΅ Dance Theatre to host β€œDancing with the Cougars” salsa and Latin dance class fundraiser

ΊμΠΣΚΣΖ΅ Dance Theatre’s will host another β€œDancing with the Cougars” fundraiser class featuring a salsa and Latin dance class from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. March 19 in Studio 34, and all proceeds will go to support ΊμΠΣΚΣΖ΅ Dance Theatre's trip to dance in New York City.Μύ

ΊμΠΣΚΣΖ΅ Dance Instructor and Fine and Performing Arts Coordinator said not only will attendees learn some cool new moves, but they will also get a terrific workout.

β€œLatin dance uses the whole body and is a great low-impact cardio exercise,” she said. β€œVarious dance styles will be taught including salsa, cha-cha, mambo, and merengue. We will teach the dances to be done solo and with a partner. Dance parties can happen on Tuesday nights.”
