The ������Ƶ Theatre Troupe the ������Ƶ Bards and community members will present “Under Milkwood” at 7:30 p.m. May 1 and 2 at the Crest Theater in Great Bend. Admission is free.

“Under Milk Wood” is a 1954 radio drama by Welsh poet Dylan Thomas. It was commissioned by the BBC and later adapted for the stage. The story is told by a narrator as he guides viewers through dreams and other subconscious thoughts of the people living in a small, fictional Welsh fishing village.
